The students of all categories and caste (SC, ST, General , OBC, Minority) are eligible for the scholarship / fee reimbursement offered by the Social Welfare Department.  The department offers them the scholarship as per their norms.  All the students, irrespective of their caste, who fulfil the criteria of the department, get the scholarship paid to their account directly by the department.

The student is required to register and fill the scholarship form online on their site and  upload the necessary documents to apply for the same.  Some of the documents required for filing the application are:  All Academic documents, Aadhar, Bank details, Certificate of Domicile, Certificate of Income, Proof of Admission to the course, Photograph, Affidavits as per requirement and others.

Once approved for the scholarship, the students get same transferred to their bank account every year till completion of the course, on successfully passing the final exams every year.  However, all the discretion lies with the department, and the college only assists the students to apply for the scholarship.  The college does not guarantee the disbursement of the scholarship / fee reimbursement at any stage.
