Teaching is a highly noble profession. Teachers are always a boon to society. Through their intelligence, patience and wisdom, they attempt to not only hone the learner’s intellect and aptitude but also, create a well-rounded personality. Teaching has an influence in developing the mind and character of the children and also gives the satisfaction of having sparked the light of knowledge and dispelled the clouds of ignorance.

Under the UN Millennium Development Goals for Universal Education, emerged the Sarv Siksha Abhiyaan in India. Thereby arose the need for schools to educate children at primary level. And to run these schools arose a need of qualified teachers in the country to spread literacy in every corner of the Indian society. Therefore, to meet the urgent need of qualified teachers, AMOGHA started training 100 pupil teachers every year to emerge as qualified and trained professional teachers to satisfy the needs of students, parents and society at large by developing appropriate knowledge and skills. The students are trained to become effective leaders and team players by enhancing their knowledge, confidence and creativity to have greater appreciation for professionalism, human values, welfare and integrity. And to provide an environment for the disciplined, integrated and harmonious development of students and staff to give their best to the society.

Besides, the curriculum prescribed by the university the following gradations are incorporated:
